Not able to record web browser session in IE11

Hello,

Environment: WS 2016 and SCOM 2016 build:7.2.12066.0 

I am working  as beginner on web application transaction monitoring ,when click to start Capture option it will show blank IE .
I have follow the link and given steps but not resolved the issue.
