MP Upgrade: SCCM

Hi ALL,

We are running SCOM 2012 R2 currently we have SCCM MP version 5.0.8239.1009.
kindly confirm if we can upgrade the new version 5.00.8239.1010 MP or do we need to remove the old version MP and then install the new version SCCM MP
