Event: some time-only functions cannot be collected

Hi ,

I noticed the following text in one of the performance events:

Some time-only functions cannot be collected due to performance optimizations.
Please disable non-interesting namespaces from performance monitoring to prevent
this from happening.

This is obviously some APM optimization.  Can someone explain the details for this?
