Error while accessing App diagnostics

Hi,

We have App diagnostics console installed in our environment and when a user opens the link, he gets the following error at times.

'An error has occurred.Additional information can be found in..'

In the event viewer under windows log, we get this:

Event code: 3005

Event message: An unhandled exception has occurred.

and under Operations manager log:

Any help greatly appreciated..
