SCOM 2012 R2 APM activated on sharepoint 2010 w3wp consumes 100% CPU

Hi, after configured SCOM R2 APM to monitor a sharepoint 2010 site, w3wp.exe process consumes 100% cpu and the site doesn't answer.

Files in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root increase very fast and in the event viewer there many event id 1305 (every minute).

If I stop iis, delete C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root folders and start iis reset, we have always continuous 1035 events (every minute) but the cpu has a normal behaviour.

This beaviour started after the in place upgrade from SCOM 2012 SP1 UR4 to SCOM 2012 R2, and continues after applied.
