Web Application Editor not working for IE 11

Hello All

I trying use a Web TRANSACTION Monitoring and trying to capture the sessions through web application editor. But when I open the Web Application Editor through the SCOM Operational Console , a blank page opens up

I using Server 2012, OM2012r2 and IE 11. I  tried the below blogs but nothing helped me . The web recorder Add on is enabled , but it never shows in IE in View --> Explorer bars . I have ensure that UAC is disabled .

It also says there that the IE10 is not supported , is that the case  for IE 11 as well .http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj656651.aspx
