Installing the Java APM Management Packs in 2012 SP1

I can't install the JEE Tomcat APM management packs in SCOM 2012 SP1. I followed instructions, however when I try to import the packs, starting with the JEE Application Performance Monitoring Library version 7.1.10137.0, it gives me errors on the following dependencies:

• Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Library 7.0.8433.0
• Microsoft.SystemCenter.Library 7.0.8433.0
• System.Health.Library 7.0.8433.0
• System.Performance.Library 7.0.8433.0
• Microsoft.SystemCenter.Apm.Infrastructure 7.1.10137.0

I can't find these anywhere, and my versions appear to be one version off at 7.0.8432.0 for the first 4 and then version 7.0.9538.1084 for the APM infrastructure. All of my google-fu has failed me thus far and I've been going at this for 2 days. Is there a solution here or something simple that I am missing?
