Monitoring URL using SSO authentication

hi im trying to monitor url using sso authentication .

The problem is that the url redirect to Azure authentication and then to the website, how can i configure SSO authentication and tell him to pass to the website ?

i'm tried to use "Web application Availability monitoring and transaction monitoring " .

i have scom 2016
