How to monitor MySQL on Windows?

Hi All,

My company have a new application running mySQL which installed under Windows Server 2019 Datacenter.

I am wondering how to use SCOM 2016 to connect and monitor the mySQL DB and status?  I did installed the SCOM agent into the windows server, but seem like cannot see any data.

I also imported the this MP for mySQL.
