.NET Runtime - The profiler was loaded successfully.

Hi. We use SCOM 2016 UR2 to monitor our BizTalk 2013 R2 environment (and other servers).

The BizTalk has gotten a problem lately. The ASP .NET execution times are very high because the .NET Profiler is loaded... I don't think anyone has set it to start in the first place...

If i install the agent manuelly using this command:
msiexec /i momagent.msi NOAPM=1

Then the profiler does not load, however it would be nice to monitor the APM on the server...

Does anyone have any idea as to what has happened, and how to fix this?
