SCOM 2016 Sharepoint 2013 PerfMon64.dll crash W3wp.exe

Hi

1 form my Sharepoint Server 2013 has all 20 to 30 Minutes a crash from IIS. The Server is about this Problem sometime very slow.

I remove the Agent and the Server was very fast. Then I reinstall the Agent and for some time it was quite. Then the Problem start again.
