SCOM 2012 .NET Performance monitoring

Looking for anyone who has had success with SCOM 2012 APM .NET monitoring.

Has anyone resolved the missing perf counters for .NET around APM?

Running Win2k8R2 Server on SCOM 2012RTMUR2

Not able to see any performance data in OM, nor in perfmon for .NET.

Reinstalled .NET 4.0 (and repaired), rebuilt perf counters per multiple blogs, yet the instances never populate.

SCOM 34240 event ID’s exist, nothing in blogs helping to indicate what conflicts are detected (nor how to resolve the event).

Tried to rebuild perf counters via multiple methods around the 10103 event/alert.
