Can't receive Notifications from scom 2012 R2

Hi

I have SCOM 2012 R2, I can't receive notification through SMTP

first I think the problem generally , but the problem only with me As I can't receive mails from the SCOM, I try to add a new user to test may be the problem with my user But still the same 

on the other there another user is receiving email normally , I make the setting for my setting like this user but i still not receive 

I don't know where the problem 

 any one can help ?
