We currently use SCOM in our production environment, and have started looking at New Relic as well. It seems that the SCOM agent conflicts with the New Relic agent, so they can't both be used on the same server. I'm sure that SCOM could likely
give us many of the same dashboards/information that New Relic gives, but it needs to be configured properly. We only have one person at our organization who knows SCOM really well, but his time is allocated to higher priority things, so he doesn't have
time to wire it all up and create the dashboards, etc. So I'm wondering, is there a SCOM addin that we could use/purchase that would give us that type of information with minimal setup? Things like the top services being called, average response time
from each service, list of worst performers, etc. Thanks in advance.
