Error 59002

We're seeing this error code and I'm not finding ANYTHING about it.  Anybody seen this?

Event ID is Level is ERROR, on CCS2 servers Error: 59002 Severity: 16 State: 1
Call Errors: 66 call errors since 2014-10-03 08:45:00.443

The environment is an AS5400 voice gateway sending voice PSTN calls to a Windows 2008 server over T1-to-Dialogic cards.  The server team thinks their side is good.  I had thought maybe a timing issue but the TDM Clock = NORMAL.
