I have a very strange issue where we refreshed the servers in our farm with newer VM's (P2V) and migrated the IIS7 websites to the new VMs. they all run fine and dandy all set to use shared configuration and content hosted on DFS share.
Had no issues with SCOM and this setup prior to the refresh.
Now the IIS7.0 asp.net web applications all disappeared. I worked with MS support and set a privileged user profile to no avail.
I then did a UR3 upgrade on another environment which upgraded the agents and wala everything started discovering.
I set up my APM's and things were working, until tonight and everything just magically disappeared!
Does anyone have ANY idea what might be going on here?
