Are there any known issues with SCOM 2012 R2 agent version - 7.1.10184.0 with SharePoint application monitoring. I've seen that the SharePoint sites loading slowly and getting timed out (event ID 7043) most of the times. After agent uninstall, the sites started working fine.
Is this fixed in Update Roll 2 package as mentioned in Issue 3 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2929891) ??
