One or more Run As accounts failed to log on. The account may be disabled or has an expired password.

I've recently changed the password of the SCOM Action account.

I'm getting this message on all Domain controllers:

One or more Run As accounts failed to log on. The account may be disabled or has
an expired password.

The Distribution tab for the account is grayed out, cant change anything there.

I know I am inputting the correct password.

Any ideas?
